The recent guidance from the SEC continues to establish the need and value of an Advisor Armor subscription.  In this alert the SEC is effectively developing best practices guidelines (Governance and Risk Assessment, Access, Data Loss, Vendor Management, Training and Incident Response) for financial services firms and a failure to adhere to them may expose a firm to increased litigation risk as well.  MORE
